Beach complex is the ideal location for your family holidays, as Spain
is only a short flight away. This holiday apartment in Javea is only
a short stroll to the gently shelving sandy beach of El Arenal with numerous
shops, bars and restaurants.

which overlooks the private
grassed gardens with a swimming pool, children’s pool, palm trees and tropical
bushes, which is superb for soaking up the sun or relaxing in the natural
shade.
The rest of the year when school holidays and the peak
season are over, Javea is an ideal place for the adults to relax on your
own or maybe holiday with friends. Also the winter months are much
warmer than northern Europe if you want a long term break.

Our balcony faces west so we get the sun in the evening which is the
best time of the day as we watch it set over the hills. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and shower,
plus a separate shower room for the second bedroom. The spacious
lounge/dining room and main bedroom both open onto the balcony which
overlooks the pool. We have furnished the apartment to a high standard
with all the essentials for a relaxing sun filled holiday in Javea, for
superb value. There is air conditioning and heating in the lounge/dining
room, with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The apartment is on a secure
complex with a lift for easy access and a basement parking space.
Javea / The Arenal
Javea is situated in the north of Alicante province and
this popular resort is often referred to as the jewel in the crown of the
Costa Blanca and it is easy to see why. Javea has a relaxing and typically
Spanish atmosphere with many contrasting features from the historic old
town to the port and beach areas with their variety of restaurants and bars.
The Blue Flag sandy Arenal beach has children’s climbing frames, volleyball
nets and gently shelves into the sea which makes it ideal for children of
all ages. As the bars and restaurants overlook the beach it allows parents
to take time out to relax and keep an eye on the children playing on the
sand.
The fascinating historic town centre has largely been preserved over the
centuries. White houses are adorned with wrought-iron grilles and Gothic-style
windows as you explore the labyrinth of streets and diminutive plazas.
The old fishing port is full of character and together with the marina is
one of the main tourist areas of the town.
El Arenal has a long, attractive promenade with many excellent bars and
restaurants to suit every taste, serving most European cuisines. The popular
sandy beach is in a sheltered bay and there are many shops and boutiques
selling a wide range of quality goods, beachwear and accessories.

Indoors:
The spacious lounge / dining room has patio doors opening onto the
balcony, which overlooks the pool, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a
separate utility area..
The main bedroom with patio doors opening onto the balcony, has twin
beds, large built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The second
bedroom also has twin beds, large built in wardrobes and a separate
shower room.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard with air conditioning /
central heating in the lounge / dining room and ceiling fans in the
bedrooms. We have ensured our apartment offers superb value and all the
essentials for you to enjoy a relaxing and sun filled holiday in Javea.
To ensure the security of your valuables we have a
small safe within the apartment which I fixed securely to the wall, so
it cannot be removed. The safe is approximately 12" wide by 8" high and
4" inches deep, so is large enough for money, traveller’s cheques,
jewellery, mobile phones and small hand held computers or PDAs.
Outdoors:
The apartment is on a secure gated modern complex with a swimming pool
suitable for older children and adults, with another pool for smaller
children. The pools are set in tropical gardens with palm trees, seating
areas and plenty of shade.
Parking is not a problem as there is a basement parking space to keep
your car cool in summer, with a lift for easy access up to the
apartment.

Our representative will meet and greet you at our apartment in Spain.
All cleaning and laundry charges are included in the price and holidays
of two weeks include a mid holiday linen and towel change.
A deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable
in the event of cancellation. The balance of the rental payment is to be
made 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday. Final payment will be
required on all bookings made within the 8 week period. We accept all
forms of payment in Euros and GBP and for more details see our

A returnable deposit of £100 to cover losses or breakages is required
with the final payment. This amount will be refunded following a
satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental
period.
The air conditioning unit is available for an additional charge of £20
per week to provide heating or cooling. Two floor standing heaters can
also be included in the winter should they be needed for the bedrooms. The basement
parking space is included in the rental.
Availability
Our apartment has had 94 regular guests and new visitors over the last four years. Unfortunately
for another 39 enquiries we did not have available dates, so
we recommend you book early to avoid being disappointed.
You can escape the cold English winter and
book our apartment with warmer weather between October and March. Long
term holiday rentals are available at special reduced rates, with prices and
details on request.
