This page is updated weekly so you can see the dates available at a glance. So if you want a last minute holiday, visit relatives or a take a long term let in Javea, Costa Blanca, then Golden Beach is the place to stay
We recommend contacting us and make a provisional booking before you book your flights or car hire.

If you are holidaying with family and friends and want to have time to yourself then have you considered renting two properties so you can be together and have your own space at the same time. Some people have been disappointed because they have booked their flights first, before they have checked the availability of our accommodation. We recommend you provisionally book your holiday dates with us first, then we will reserve our apartment for you. When you have confirmed your flights and travel arrangements we will then confirm your reservation. We are always open to negotiation for last minute travel bargains if there are cheap flights and we have availability.

All rates are in £ (GBP) and payment can be made in either UK Pounds or Euros. Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Payment can be made by Cheque, Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit Card
(Payments by debit and credit cards incur a 3% bank processing fee)

We can accept a direct money transfer to our bank in Spain so the rental can be transferred in Euros. As there is no currency exchange for payments in Euros, we use the mid market conversion rates from XE.com to convert our rentals from GB Pounds to Euros.

Guarantees

If you prefer guarantees it is advisable to use a credit card for booking flights, accommodation and car hire.
