Javea Winter Breaks for Warm Winter Sun
Javea winter breaks are popular for odd weeks away
from the colder European countries or as a longer term winter retreat,
which will save on fuel bills. Javea has an
average of 320 sunny days each year,
so the climate is still warm as the Montgó mountain protects the town from
cold and the warm winter sunshine gives average

There are a wide range of activities to
enjoy during Javea winter breaks such as:
bridge,
fitness,
bowls,
walking,
cycling, tennis,
golf,
scuba diving,
computer club,
crafts, art classes and Spanish lessons.
To the north
and south of Javea are coastal walks and for the more adventurous you can
head up into the mountains around Jalon. Both Javea and Calpe are working
ports where you can buy fish fresh from the boats. and there are ferries
which run from Denia to Ibiza

The apartment has warm air central heating and a
fully equipped kitchen with a 4 ring hob, full size oven with
grill, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a utility with washing machine, clothes airer, ironing
board and iron. There are three supermarkets and a laundrette for service washes just a
couple of minutes walk down the road.
We have different options for short winter sun breaks or winter sun
holidays

Prices include the use of all rooms and facilities in the
property and two sets of linen will be provided. Prices exclude charges for
the consumption of electricity, water, laundry and cleaning costs during the
period of the tenancy. We like to keep our apartment occupied which is why
we set the price £50 to £150 a month cheaper than similar apartments in
Javea.
One month prior to arrival we require a Surety Deposit of £500 which will be
refunded on departure, less deductions for damage, breakage, loss of keys or
unpaid utilities accounts.
Short Javea spring, summer and autumn breaks start at £59 per night including utilities and laundry
